Nice hike, some steep bits, excellent views over the park and valley. After the hike stop for a BBQ at the BBQ’s provided at the Walyunga Pool carpark.
NOTE: it is a requirement of this hike that the group books in and out at the Wardens Office at the strat of the hike in John Forrest NP.
NOTE: this hike is at the top end of what can be expected at Red Cord level. It’s not recommended for very young or inexperienced Scouts (or leaders)
