Blue Cord - Kinsella Road to Mount Dale
Easy hike BUT there is not very good mobile phone coverage and limited access so should restrict the hike to the older more experienced Scouts. The hike is too short for a Green Cord Hike. Take care at the pickup point - there are two Dale Roads the old one is now a track about 500m from the new road. The pickup point is on the gravel road at the clearly marked point where the track crosses. Phone reception at the pickup point is erratic.
Distance - 25km (15km + 10km)
Going - Easy.
Start Point - Kinsella Road at the Bibbulmun Track access point.
Overnight - Brookton shelter.
End Point - Mt Dale Road where the Bibbulmun Track crosses (see warning above).
Time - 5 hours + 3 hours
